TEW Galleries provides a highly prestigious venue for special occasions. Soaring ceilings, magnificent decorative hardwood flooring and unique antique architectural detailing make this an impressive setting. The building is three stories (with carpeted stairs and elevator) and covers 3,900 square feet. There is one uni-sex bathroom.

RENTAL POLICY 

The gallery is available for evening rentals after 5:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday.  Daytime and Sunday rentals are also available.  The gallery can comfortably hold 175 people, however maximum capacity is 250. **For events that require guests to gather in a single area we recommend 50 people or less.

TEW Galleries is located in The Galleries of Peachtree Hills, a gated complex with a No Admittance Policy after 9.30 p.m.  There is abundant free parking during the evenings and generally during the days. 

 

Rental Fees

Fees are $1,750 to 2,500.00 depending on the organization, type of event, time and date and TEW Galleries' staffing requirements.  A 50% deposit is due with application and 50% is due on week before the event.  The rental fee covers blocks of 6 hours.  This includes time for set-up, and break-down, unless other arrangements are made prior to the night of the event.  A fee of $500.00 per hour will be charged for every additional hour past six hours.  TEW Galleries accepts Master Card, Visa or American Express.  All checks should be made payable to TEW Galleries Inc.  In addition, and depending on the event, a cleaning fee of $250 may be charged.

Depending on the event an insurance rider in the amount of $500,000.00 may be necessary to cover damage to premises or displayed artwork.  If required, proof of insurance must be provided no less than one week prior to the event.   In addition, TEW Galleries may require a damage deposit of $500.00.

Alcohol may be served at TEW Galleries Inc. only to persons of legal drinking age.  The gallery reserves the right to close all bars should the gallery staff deem it necessary to protect the facility and safety of individuals. 

 

Facilities include

A kitchen with one refrigerator, a sink, one dishwasher and no oven or stove.  If heated foods or on the spot cooking are required, caterers will need to work from their trucks and make sure that power is available. *There is direct access from parking to kitchen.

2 tables, one 60" round, one 8 feet long

5 disc CD player/tuner.

There is no coat check on the premises; however we have a large coat rack

There is one uni-sex restroom on the second floor of the gallery.

TEW Galleries Inc. does not provide glassware, linens, plates, utensils or paper products.

 

Event Planner / Caterer Responsibilities  

Event planner/caterers are responsible for unloading, setting up, and reloading all their goods in a timely manner. All goods must be removed from the premises between 10.00 - 11.30 am the following day. Some exceptions will be granted for Sundays.

Caterers are to provide all necessary tools such as trash bags, foil, pots, plates, glasses, towels, dish detergent, utensils, and other supplies necessary to carry out their duties.
